1. Subscription and Fees

Buking.app is a subscription-based service. We offer two billing cycles: monthly or yearly.

Free Trial: We offer a 1-month free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, your selected payment method will be charged according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription.

Payment Processor: We use Paddle as our primary payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

The service is intended for business use to manage appointments, staff, and services. Any misuse or illegal activity on the platform will result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buking.app and its licensors.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buking.app, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
