1. Free Trial Period

We provide a 1-month free trial for all new businesses. This period is intended for you to fully test our features and ensure they meet your business needs. During this period, no charges will be applied.

2. Subscription Refunds

After the free trial ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan: monthly or yearly.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund for your first paid period (monthly or yearly) within 14 days of the initial payment date.

Subsequent payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, please email us at app.buking@gmail.com with your business name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request through Paddle within 5-7 business days.

4. Plan Changes

If we provide upgrades or changes to our plans in the future, adjustments to billing will be handled according to the new plan terms. Any credits or refunds for downgrades will be applied to your next billing cycle.
